Data backup
Make a backup copy of your data, including documents, pictures, music and e-mails. We always suggest that you back up regularly before any repair. We can support you with saving your data through our backup service, available for an additional fee.
Attention!
To have a laptop or netbook picked up, please remember to provide the power adapter (charger) as well.
Coverage
The equipment pickup service is available in Bucharest and in Ilfov County. You can make an appointment by phone or on WhatsApp.
We will confirm your appointment as soon as possible. For requests made outside business hours, we will reply the next day.
