Our IT support is available to help you and is ready to solve a variety of problems remotely, whether by phone, e-mail or remote monitoring, giving you the support you need.

Online support means fixing problems on your computer/laptop (removing viruses, repairing errors, defragmenting, etc.) or installing various applications remotely.

Questions like: I don't know how to do it?, why won't it start?, I don't know?, why? can be solved immediately.

How to download and launch the Rust Desk application

Download the software by clicking the “Online Support” button above
Run the downloaded file. It may be in your browser's downloads section (press Ctrl + J to open it), in your computer's downloads folder or in the location you selected before starting the download.
After you open the application, you will see a code (usually made up of nine digits) next to the “Your Desktop” field. Our assistant will need this code to connect to your computer.
