Services in detail
The rates are calculated for a duration of two hours for solving each service. If the duration exceeds two hours, 100 lei per hour is charged for every extra hour.
Component fitting or replacement
100 lei- Description
- Fitting or replacing various components in the computer system: RAM, HDD, SSD, graphics card, sound card, processor cooler, capture card, etc.
- Applicability
- Laptops and desktops.
- Benefits
- Operation performed by a qualified person. The possibility of identifying incompatibilities.
- Limitations
- Access to fit or replace the component is impossible because of a manufacturer's seal.
- Fitting the component requires a laborious intervention that can only be done in authorized service centers.
- Desktop systems with excessive amounts of dust.
- Description
- Updating the BIOS to the latest version provided by the manufacturer, which can fix bugs, compatibility problems with the processor or memory, or improve the stability of the whole system.
- Applicability
- Motherboards.
- Benefits
- Operation performed by a qualified person. Damage to the motherboard is avoided if the operation does not go normally (power outage, faulty flash drive, etc.).
- Limitations
- None.
Hard Disk / Solid State Drive cloning
100 lei / hour- Description
- Transferring the information to a new storage drive (HDD or SSD), within the capacity of the device the transfer is made to.
- Applicability
- Hard disk or SSD upgrade.
- Benefits
- Information and applications are transferred without reinstalling. The computer system's settings do not need to be changed.
- Limitations
- If the target drive has a smaller capacity than the source, we present the options to you.
- On laptops with a preinstalled operating system, cloning means losing the recovery partition.
Software support
price varies depending on the service- Description
- We estimate the time needed to solve your request and tell you the time and price of the service. The minimum time to solve a request is one hour.
- Applicability
- Installation and configuration of an operating system, together with the related drivers. Installation of security solutions. Installation of Office or other applications (at the client's request).
- Benefits
- The service can be performed both in person and remotely, through remote control programs.
- Limitations
- The service can be performed only after checking the compatibility of the hardware system with the programs to be installed.
- For programs installed on Windows, a prior compatibility check is required.
Wi-Fi router installation
100 lei- Description
- If the design, configuration and installation of a wireless network are not done correctly and suited to the environment in which it will be used, performance drops and a security risk appears that can allow hackers to access the network and devices.
- Applicability
- Installation and configuration for the most popular wi-fi router models: Asus, TP-Link, D-Link, Cisco, Linksys, Huawei, Trendnet and others.
- Benefits
- Installation, configuration and securing of a wireless router, for all brands, at your home or company's office. Updating the router to the latest software version available on the manufacturer's website for your model.
Computer system diagnostics
50 – 150 lei- Description
- Identifying malfunctions and recommendations for fixing them. The price depends on the device and the duration.
- Applicability
- Ask for details about the possibility of diagnostics.
- Benefits
- Minimal investment in computing equipment. The service can be performed both in person and remotely, through remote control programs.
- Limitations
- Excessive dust or moisture.
- If the units have special peripherals, these must be provided.
- Description
- Installation of a test operating system. Checking component compatibility. Installation of the operating system and applications (if they were purchased).
- Applicability
- Desktop systems purchased as components.
- Estimated assembly time
- Two days from receiving the components.
- Limitations
- This service cannot be performed at the client's home.
- Component compatibility: the service cannot be provided for orders in which the recommendations the client receives are not followed.
- Description
- Wire management. Installation of a test operating system. Checking component compatibility. Installation of the operating system and applications (if they were purchased).
- Applicability
- Desktop systems purchased as components.
- Estimated assembly time
- Two days from receiving the components.
- Limitations
- This service cannot be performed at the client's home.
- Component compatibility: the service cannot be provided for orders in which the recommendations the client receives are not followed.
- Description
- Cooling management and wire management. Installation of a test operating system. Checking component compatibility. Installation of the operating system and applications (if they were purchased). System testing (running under stress for a few hours). Updates to the latest stable versions (including the motherboard BIOS).
- Applicability
- Desktop systems purchased as components.
- Benefits
- Guaranteed full compatibility of the components. Hardware recommendations on the performance and stability of the system.
- Estimated assembly time
- Two days from receiving the components.
General PC / laptop cleaning
150 lei- Includes
- Cleaning dust from the case.
- Cleaning the case, fans, processor cooler, motherboard and the rest of the components.
- Cleaning the power supply.
- Replacing the thermal paste (if needed).
General gaming PC / laptop cleaning
250 lei- Includes
- Cleaning dust from the case.
- Cleaning the case, fans, processor cooler, motherboard and the rest of the components.
- Cleaning the graphics card cooler and the all-in-one cooling system.
- Cleaning the power supply.
- Replacing the thermal paste (if needed).

Important. No fee is charged for a problem that was not solved.
Services that can be carried out on site at the client's address are available in all sectors of Bucharest and in Ilfov County. The travel fee is 50 lei for Bucharest and 70 lei for Ilfov County.
